EBRAINS Workshop registration fees:
The registration fee includes lunch and refreshments during coffee breaks for the whole duration of the workshop.
In order to benefit of the reduced fee for the EBRAINS-Italy Brain Simulation Training Workshop, please make sure that you first complete the SNN2025 registration fee.

SNN Yearly membership fees for 2025:
Our conference provides reduced registration fees for members in good standing of SNN.
Please note that only members in good standing who have settled their 2025 membership fees qualify as a SNN Member and can thus apply for the SNN2025 Conference reduced registration fee. If you are a SNN member who has yet to settle their 2025 membership fee, you can still do that using the table from below, but you are required to do so before the conference registration deadline.
Note that both SNN bylaws state that only members in good standing are allowed to vote during the general assembly. If you expressed your interest to join SNN on your registration form, note that your application can only be considered during the next general assembly.

SNN2025 Conference registration fees:
The registration fee includes access to the full scientific program/technical demonstrations, welcoming cocktail, refreshments during coffee breaks and lunch. Participants will also receive a conference bag which includes events materials.

Card payment:
The recommended payment method is by card. Please click the appropriate fee in the tables above.
As SNN does not store any payment information, you will be automatically redirected to our secure online payment gateway Netopia, to finalize your transaction.
Bank transfer:
If you cannot pay with a card, you can pay by bank transfer. Remember to inform in the transfer message about your name, and the type of payment, as indicated in the table above.
