Together with our sponsors, we are working to offer very low registration fees, particularly encouraging the participation of junior neuroscientists: students, PhD students/medical residents as well as early career postdoctoral fellows (prior to associate professor/lecturer university positions or equivalent scientific researcher career stage).
You are expected to settle your registration fee, as you specified in your registration form.
Registration fee:
The registration fee includes access to the full scientific program/technical demonstrations, a conference bag including the printed program and abstract book, as well as the opening cocktail and refreshments during coffee breaks. Furthermore, for an additional fee registered participants have the opportunity to register for the satellite course, social program, as well as benefit from the discounted housing prices negotiated for SNN2018 participants.

*If you are a SNN member and you did not settle your 2018 SNN membership fee, you have the possibility to do so together with the registration fee.
If you want to become a SNN member and register for SNN2018 at members fee, you can submit your membership request when registering for SNN2018. Your application will be considered in the forthcoming SNN board meeting and you will receive a membership confirmation before the SNN2018 registration deadline. Please do not pay the membership fee before receiving your new membership confirmation.
Card payment:
The recommended paying method is by card. Please click the appropriate fee in the table above.
As SNN does not store any payment information, you will be automatically redirected to our secure online payment gateway Netopia, to finalize your transaction.
Bank transfer:
If you cannot pay with card, you can pay by bank transfer. Remember to inform in the transfer message about your name, and the type of payment, as indicated in the table above.
