You are required to pay your registration fee according to the information provided in the registration form.
The payment deadline is September 21, 2022. Late registrations could require a penalty fee required to cover the additional administrative expenses.
Together with our sponsors, we are working to offer very low registration costs, particularly encouraging the participation of our junior members.
Yearly membership fees for 2022:
Our conference provides reduced registration fees for members in good standing of SNN and/or SRF.
The SNN governing council decided to waive the fees for 2020 and 2021 to support its members during the COVID-19 pandemics. If you are a SNN member who has yet to settle its 2022 membership fee, you can still do that using the table below. SRF members can also settle their 2022 membership fees using the same table. For convenience, a combined fee option is provided for members of both societies.
Note that both SNN and SRF bylaws state that only members in good standing are allowed to vote during the general assembly. If you expressed your interest to join SNN and/or SRF on your registration form, note that your application can only be considered during the next general assembly.

#All the SRF membreship fees can only be collected by SRF. In case you payed your SRF membership via the SNN accounts, your payment will be returned by the start of the SNN-SRF conference.
Conference registration fees:
The registration fee includes access to the full scientific program/technical demonstrations, a conference bag including the printed program, as well as the opening cocktail and refreshments during coffee breaks.

Bank transfer:
If you cannot pay with card, you can pay by bank transfer. Remember to inform in the transfer message about your name, and the type of payment, as indicated in the table above.
