SNN Yearly membership fees for 2026:
Our conference provides reduced registration fees for members in good standing of SNN.
Please note that only members in good standing who have settled their 2026 membership fees qualify as a SNN Member and can thus apply for the SNN2026 Conference reduced registration fee. If you are a SNN member who has yet to settle their 2026 membership fee, you can still do that using the table below, but you are required to do so before the conference registration deadline.
Note that both SNN bylaws state that only members in good standing are allowed to vote during the general assembly.

SNN2026 Conference registration fees:
The registration fee includes access to the full scientific program/technical demonstrations, welcoming cocktail, refreshments during coffee breaks and lunch. Participants will also receive a conference bag which includes events materials.

* Undergraduate students from “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, University of Bucharest, and University Politehnica of Bucharest are exempt from the registration fee, receiving full access to the conference, except for the “Welcome Social Event”. However, interested students must submit a registration request by email at conf2026_undergraduate@snn.ro, along with proof of their current student status.
An email from conf2026@snn.ro will be sent to confirm your registration.
Card payment:
The recommended payment method is by card. Please click the appropriate fee in the tables above.
As SNN does not store any payment information, you will be automatically redirected to our secure online payment gateway Netopia, to finalize your transaction. While filling in your payment details, please make sure to use the same email address and phone number as in your registration form.
Bank transfer:
If you cannot pay with a card, you can pay by bank transfer. Please make sure to indicate in the payment details the full name and the type of payment based on your registration details. In case you wish to pay for someone else’s registration, please indicate the participant’s name instead.
